Following the mandates and objectives of UNIPGC AFRICA, it is ideal that advisory panels are set up for proper guide towards realization of the tasks. These committees will advise on measures of effective mitigation as well as advise on appropriate peace-building mechanisms to ensure the sustainability of various peace programmes that will support the various levels of government in various countries in Africa.Β 

They will support the Promotion of peaceful coexistence, inclusive peacebuilding and conflict transformation processes leading to poverty reduction, sustainable livelihoods and food security. These committees will support the improvement of the organization’s capacities for coordinating peacebuilding efforts, contributes towards the development and implementation of capacity building programs to train local mediators to mediate in conflicts, dialogues including Electoral Reconciliation processes.

The committee is expected to support the council regularly with expert advice on issues that can lead to a healthy relationship among the three arms of government: executive, legislature and judiciary towards strengthening Democratic Processes.

Their advise will work for harmonious co-existence, to ensure sustainable development as council members will be glad to tap from their wealth of experience as peace-builders. The committee members are carefully selected reputable personalities globally in their various spheres of profession.
